All equipment and goods purchased from our company are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Warranty periods for different types of products are set by the manufacturer. Information about the warranty period and other cases is in the product descriptions or in the warranty cards.
Warranty service and repair are carried out in specialized authorized service centers. Warranty repair is carried out upon presentation of a completed warranty card (or, in some cases, an invoice for which this product was purchased), a defective product, as well as accompanying documents for the purchase of the product.
Warranty repair of the product may be denied in case of incorrect filling of documents, change in the serial number of the product or model name, as well as in case of previously performed repair (breaking of seals, opening) not in a specialized service center.
