1. Requirements for a candidate

To ensure normal working conditions with Clients, the Candidate must have:
• Separate entrance with a sign, which should indicate the name and schedule of work;
• Equipped separate room for receiving Clients, receiving and issuing Devices;
• Computer with Internet access. All information about the received and issued Devices must be entered into a computer database;
• An information board in the reception room indicating the name of the Candidate, price list, service rules and other documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Dedicated and equipped storage room for accepted and repaired Devices;
• Equipped place for spare parts storage;
• Availability of appropriately equipped repair facilities necessary for the fulfillment of obligations on behalf of the maintenance of the Instruments;
• Availability of a set of tools and equipment that allows qualified repair of Devices.

2. The procedure for passing the authorization procedure

2.1. If the Candidate is interested in becoming a ROSSO Authorized Service Center and meets the selection criteria listed in clause 2.1, he sends the following information by e-mail to service@rosso.uz:
• A completed Authorization Form of the established form (Appendix 1. “Authorization Form of a Candidate”);
• Photos (no more than 1 Mb each): view from the street; type of acceptance; workplace of the master; spare parts warehouse;
• Scanned copy of the permit to work with gas equipment, if available;
• Presentation of the Candidate, if have.
ATTENTION! If the Candidate has several acceptances / branches, it is necessary to fill in the Authorization Form for each of them.
2.2. The Brand verifies that the Candidate meets the criteria listed in clause 2.1. If the authorization criteria are met, the Brand, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of sending the Authorization Form, informs the Candidate about the possibility of assigning the ASC status.
ATTENTION! The Brand reserves the right to deny the Candidate authorization without explanation. In this case, the Authorization Form and photographs of the Candidate are archived and the Candidate may be reviewed again in the future..
2.3. The brand places the contact details of the ASC and its acceptances on the website http://rosso.uz/services/.
Information is placed in the following form:
• Town;
• Company name (legal);
• Telephone;
• Address.
ATTENTION! Further cooperation is carried out on a routine basis on the basis of the requirements of the Service Policy and concluded contracts for service maintenance and the supply of spare parts.

3. Authorization period

The ASC authorization period is set from the date of the decision to authorize the Service Center until the decision of one of the parties to terminate cooperation.

4. Conditions for termination of authorization

If the ASC fails to comply with the obligations specified in the service agreement, spare parts supply agreement, or violates the terms of this Service Policy, the Brand reserves the right to deprive the ASC of authorization with a 1 (one) month prior notice. The brand reserves the right to exercise control over compliance with the terms of the Service Policy without interfering in the operational activities of the ASC.

5. Candidate Authorization Form

When completing the authorization form, the Candidate must provide a list of direct mail and e-mail contact persons. The candidate is fully responsible for the correctness of filling out the authorization form and keeping contact information up to date: contact persons, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, information to indicate on the Brand’s website, postal addresses, etc. Contact information can be used by the Brand in open sources without additional request to the Candidate.
