Upper and lower oven heaterTop Heat is the simplest and most commonly used setting found on many oven models. The dish is baked on top, which is great for pies, casseroles, bread and more. Bottom heating is the same popular and common mode as the previous one, but the dish is baked from below. Suitable for cakes, lasagna and more. Both modes can be combined to completely bake the dish.
Cold front technology"Cold front" is a special design of the oven door, which prevents it from becoming very hot during operation due to the presence of additional glazing. The doors of many ovens are equipped with three or even four glasses. Due to the increased distance between them, the temperature of the outer surface becomes as low as possible, so it is absolutely safe to touch it. Four glass panes are used in those models of ovens that are equipped with a pyrolytic cleaning function. Thanks to additional glazing, the temperature of the outer side of the door does not exceed 50 degrees. During the use of the pyrolysis function, the glass can heat up to 60-70 degrees. The cold front technology provides maximum protection against injury when the oven door is touched while it is running. The handle of the oven practically does not heat up, so you can touch it without oven mitts.
Enamelled oven coverAll oven chambers are made of steel. This is necessary so that they do not deform from prolonged use. It should be noted that steel itself (including stainless steel) is poorly suited for use in the chamber. The fact is that during cooking, foods release a large amount of water and fat. Fat gets on the walls of the chamber, as well as on the chrome rails and is quickly baked due to prolonged exposure to high temperature. If such grease is baked onto steel, the user will have to spend many hours trying to remove the contaminants. To solve this problem, engineers came up with an elegant way - to cover the metal with a special enamel. Contamination is difficult to stick to the enamel, and it is much easier to clean it. At the same time, the enamel protects the steel from corrosion and gives the device an elegant appearance.
